Klesio was born in a real church. Mine.

My name is Luca Siino. I serve in an Italian evangelical church that gathers more than 550 people every week — and Klesio was born there, between a service and a follow-up, to answer a question that gave me no peace.

The Monday-morning question.

On Sunday the room is full. And on Monday? Who was that new couple in the third row? Who called back the young man who'd asked for a Bible? And how many weeks since we last saw Anna? In our church these answers lived in three different places: an office Excel, a dozen WhatsApp groups, and the memory — generous but tired — of those who serve.

I tried the American software: in English, in dollars, built for churches of two thousand seats. I tried the generic platforms: cold, complicated, where people become «contacts». In the end I did the only thing left: I built the tool I wish I'd found.

How do we
keep from losing anyone?
The question that gave birth to Klesio

We use Klesio first of all ourselves, every Sunday, with more than 550 real people: the worship rotas, the visitor follow-up, the birthdays, the home groups. Every feature you see has passed through there — if our church didn't need it, it didn't make it in. And now we're opening it to the churches that live our same question.

The vision behind Klesio.

In 2024 I had a dream. I saw constellations — but the stars weren't scattered, nor forgotten: they had to stay together, within a single field of view.

When I woke, the promise made to Abraham came back to me: «look toward heaven and count the stars… so shall your offspring be». All within the same gaze Abraham had that night.

That's where Klesio was born. Not the tool of a church that thinks about Sunday, but of a church that thinks about a lineage — one to leave as an inheritance. People not to lose, to bring together, to grow like a sky full of stars: each with a name.

I worked on it for nearly a year, feature after feature, so none would remain a forgotten star.

What we believe.

People aren't numbers

Behind every row there's a story with God and with the community. Klesio exists so that none of these stories breaks off because of a lapse.
